A client's daughter was hospitalised after persistent coughing and diagnosed with Influenza. AIA approved the full hospitalisation claim smoothly.
顾客的女儿因咳嗽不止住院，发现是流感，AIA 顺利批准了全部住院费用的理赔。
A client's child had severe abdominal pain for days and was rushed to hospital. AIA approved the Guarantee Letter within 2 hours. Diagnosed with appendicitis — treated in time and recovered quickly.
顾客的孩子肚子疼了很多天紧急住院，AIA 2小时内批准Guarantee Letter，发现是盲肠炎，所幸及时就医，孩子很快康复。
A client travelling in China suffered a fall and fractured bones, requiring surgery locally. After recovery, AIA arranged a nurse escort and return flight back to Malaysia.
顾客在中国旅行时跌倒骨折需要手术，术后AIA安排护士全程陪同与返程机票，让顾客平安回到马来西亚。
